We love this dip. Very easy to make and always a hit. Sometimes I add a can of green chilies, and you can make it as hot or mild as you wish.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Warm, gooey, and cheesy, you won't be able to stop eating this baked taco dip. The refried beans and ground beef mixture has just the right amount of taco seasoning. A layer of sour cream mellows the flavors a little bit. There's an ample amount of melted cheddar cheese on top. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips for a yummy game day snack or taco night appetizer.
