How to Make BACON WRAPPED WATER CHESTNUTS

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut bacon in thirds.
  2. Pat dry water chestnuts.
  3. Wrap a strip of bacon around a water chestnut and poke a flat toothpick through the bacon and water chestnut.
  4. Continue wrapping water chestnuts with bacon until finished.
  5. Place each water chestnut that has been wrapped on broiler pan.
    Cook until bacon is crisp.
  6. Or you may deep-fry them in “Vegetable” oil.
  7. Serve hot.
