Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package meat loaf seasoning (set 2 tablespoons aside in a small bowl
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup onion, diced
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can tomato paste ( 1 tablespoon set aside)
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - 8 slices of uncooked bacon, cut in half. smaller meat balls bacon can be cut to fit
- - tooth picks if desire
- DIPPING SAUCE
- 8 oz - sour cream
- 2 tablespoons meat loaf seasoning
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make bacon wrapped meat loaf balls with dipping sauce

Step 1Preheat ove to 400. Place beef in a medium bowl.

Step 2Add the meat loaf seasoning,bread crumbs, onion, and green peppper. Mix together with hands.

Step 3Add the tomato paste, salt and pepper, and combine with hands.

Step 4Roll meat mixture into 16 balls for a meal, smaller balls for a party.

Step 5Wrap bacon around meal loaf balls and place on a cookie sheet folded side down.

Step 6Bake for 35 minutes or until meat loaf balls are no longer pink and bacon is crispy.

Step 7For dipping sauce: In a small bowl combine the sour cream,2 tablespoons meat loaf seasoning mix and the 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, and the salt and pepper to taste. Chill until read to serve.
