How to Make Bacon Wrapped Lil' Smokies

Step-by-Step

  1. Line a jelly roll pan with foil and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bacon slices into thirds; wrap one third of a bacon slice around a lil' smokie. Secure with toothpick and place on foil lined pan.
  2. After wrapping all smokies, sprinkle each with small amount of brown sugar.
  3. Bake at 350 for 40 - 50 minutes, until bacon is done.
