bacon wrapped chestnuts with peach sauce
A favorite of my mother's for the tailgating crowd; can be kept warm in crockpot. They can also be frozen and just reheated when needed.

Ingredients
- 2 cans whole water chestnuts
- 1 1/2 pounds bacon, uncooked
- 7 ounces ketchup
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 small jars strained baby peaches
How To Make bacon wrapped chestnuts with peach sauce

Step 1Cut bacon strips in half and wrap each piece around a chestnut and secure with toothpick. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes; bacon will start to crisp. Pour off grease.

Step 2Mix Ketchup, sugar and peaches for sauce. Pour sauce over the bacon/chestnuts and bake another 30 minutes.
