How to Make Bacon Pops on a Stick w/ Old Bay Maple Glaze
- For glaze: combine maple syrup, Old Bay seasoning and pinch of ground red pepper, stir well and set aside.
- Using flat griddle, sear each pop for 1-2 minutes.
- Using smoker, smoke for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- After smoking, dip each pop into the maple glaze and grill for about 30 seconds to one minute to carmalize maple glaze.
- Serve extra maple glaze for dipping.
