Bacon Chicken Wraps

This is another football party finger food that I'm asked to make all the time.The bacon gives it a salty taste which goes great with the brown sugar.


  • 4
    boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb
    sliced bacon. ( not thick )
  • 2/3 c
    firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder

How To Make

  • 1
    Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces.

    Cut each slice of bacon into 3 pieces.
  • 3
    Wrap each chicken piece with one piece of bacon.
  • 4
    Stir brown sugar and chili powder together and then dredge the chicken pieces in the mixture.

    Place on a rack in a broiler pan that has been coated with cooking spray.

    Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30- 35 mins till bacon is crisp. Serve with toothpicks
