Ingredients

  • 1-2 can(s)
    pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 lb
    sliced bacon, diced
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 lb
    process cheese (velvetta), cubed
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How to Make Bacon Cheeseburger Buns

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Using a slotted spoon. remove to paper towels.
  2. In a dutch oven, cook the beef, onion, salt, and pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  3. Add bacon and cheese; cook and stir until cheese is melted. Remove from the heat.
  4. Preheat oven to 400*.
  5. Roll each crescent into a 12"x8" rectangles, cut each into 6 squares. Place 1/4 cup meat mixture in the center of each square. Place 2" apart on greased baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 400* for 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush with butter. Serve warm.
