A quick appetizer for a brunch. This was a hit at my ladies Sunday School class social.

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    (8 oz) pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 Tbsp
    ranch dressing
  • 4 slice
    bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4
    green onions, chopped (optional)

How to Make Bacon Cheddar Pinwheels

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Unroll dough and separate into 2 long rectangles; press each into 12x4-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal
  3. Spread dressing over each rectangle to edges
  4. Sprinkle each with bacon, cheese and onions
  5. Starting with 1 short side, roll up each rectangle; press edge to seal
  6. With serrated knife, cut each roll into 8 slices; place cut side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 12 to 17 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm
