A quick appetizer for a brunch. This was a hit at my ladies Sunday School class social.

(8 oz) pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 Tbsp
ranch dressing
4 slice
bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1/2 c
finely shredded cheddar cheese
green onions, chopped (optional)

How to Make Bacon Cheddar Pinwheels


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2Unroll dough and separate into 2 long rectangles; press each into 12x4-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal
  • 3Spread dressing over each rectangle to edges
  • 4Sprinkle each with bacon, cheese and onions
  • 5Starting with 1 short side, roll up each rectangle; press edge to seal
  • 6With serrated knife, cut each roll into 8 slices; place cut side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 7Bake 12 to 17 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm
