I got this recipe from my husband's cousin, Ami Barber. She brings them to family functions and they are gobbled up pretty quickly. One of my all-time favorites. Hope you enjoy!

soy sauce, low sodium
2 can(s)
water chestnuts, whole

How to Make Bacon Bites


  • 1Slice whole water chestnuts in half. Marinate the chestnuts about 30 mins. in soy sauce.
  • 2Open bacon package and cut each slice into three pieces.
  • 3Wrap each chestnut in a piece of bacon securing with a toothpick. Bake at 375 degrees until bacon is cooked to desired doneness. Serve warm.
