I got this recipe from my husband's cousin, Ami Barber. She brings them to family functions and they are gobbled up pretty quickly. One of my all-time favorites. Hope you enjoy!
Slice whole water chestnuts in half. Marinate the chestnuts about 30 mins. in soy sauce.

Open bacon package and cut each slice into three pieces.

Wrap each chestnut in a piece of bacon securing with a toothpick. Bake at 375 degrees until bacon is cooked to desired doneness. Serve warm.
