I pinched these from www.realhousemoms.com. I have been looking for them for a bit. I had these at a football party last season and they were DELISH! :-) Easy and quick too!

Ingredients For bacon and rotel cups

3 pkgfrozen filo dough

1 canmild rotel, drained almost all the way

1 ccrumbled real bacon pieces

1 1/2 cshredded colby and monterey jack cheese

1 cmayonnaise
How To Make bacon and rotel cups

1In large bowl, mix Rotel, bacon and mayonnaise until blended

2Add the cheese and stir until mixed

3Fill the filo shells
-
4Bake for 30-35 minutes, until crispy.
