bacon and rotel cups
I pinched these from www.realhousemoms.com. I have been looking for them for a bit. I had these at a football party last season and they were DELISH! :-) Easy and quick too!

Ingredients
- 3 packages frozen filo dough
- 1 can mild rotel, drained almost all the way
- 1 cup crumbled real bacon pieces
- 1 1/2 cups shredded colby and monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
How To Make bacon and rotel cups

Step 1In large bowl, mix Rotel, bacon and mayonnaise until blended

Step 2Add the cheese and stir until mixed

Step 3Fill the filo shells

Step 4Bake for 30-35 minutes, until crispy.
