I pinched these from I have been looking for them for a bit. I had these at a football party last season and they were DELISH! :-) Easy and quick too!

Ingredients For bacon and rotel cups

  • 3 pkg
    frozen filo dough
  • 1 can
    mild rotel, drained almost all the way
  • 1 c
    crumbled real bacon pieces
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded colby and monterey jack cheese
  • 1 c

How To Make bacon and rotel cups

    In large bowl, mix Rotel, bacon and mayonnaise until blended

    Add the cheese and stir until mixed

    Fill the filo shells

    Bake for 30-35 minutes, until crispy.
