I had an idea for delicious nachos and baby back ribs. I created this recipe. You can use leftover barbecue baby back ribs. Is like A barbecue on the nachos.

Ingredients For baby back rib nachos

1 cchunky blue cheese dressing,divided

3/4 csweet and spicy barbecue sauce

1/2 cpickled jalapeno juice

2 Tbspmargarine,melted
-
3 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
-
15leftover barbecue babyback ribs,bones removed and sliced
-
1(13 ounce) package white corn tortilla chips
-
1/2 cdiced red onion
-
3/4 cpickled jalapeno slices
-
4 ozprecooked bacon,crumbled
-
1 1/2 cshredded mexican cheese blend
-
1 cshredded monterey jack cheese
-
1 Tbspchopped fresh cilantro
How To Make baby back rib nachos

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.

3Mix about 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing, barbecue sauce, jalapeno juice, margarine and crushed red pepper flakes in a large mixing bowl until well blended.

4Add sliced boneless baby back ribs;toss to coat.

5Spread tortilla chips evenly over prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle diced red onion and jalapeno slices over chips

6Spread baby back ribs mixture over vegetables and top with crumbled bacon.

7Combine Mexican cheese blend and Monterey jack cheese in a medium mixing bowl; sprinkle evenly over ribs and tortilla chips.

8Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and lightly browned,10 to 15 minutes. Drizzle with remaining blue cheese dressing and top with cilantro.
