baby back rib nachos
I had an idea for delicious nachos and baby back ribs. I created this recipe. You can use leftover barbecue baby back ribs. Is like A barbecue on the nachos.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chunky blue cheese dressing,divided
- 3/4 cup sweet and spicy barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno juice
- 2 tablespoons margarine,melted
- 3 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 15 - leftover barbecue babyback ribs,bones removed and sliced
- 1 - (13 ounce) package white corn tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 3/4 cup pickled jalapeno slices
- 4 ounces precooked bacon,crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
How To Make baby back rib nachos

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.

Step 3Mix about 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing, barbecue sauce, jalapeno juice, margarine and crushed red pepper flakes in a large mixing bowl until well blended.

Step 4Add sliced boneless baby back ribs;toss to coat.

Step 5Spread tortilla chips evenly over prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle diced red onion and jalapeno slices over chips

Step 6Spread baby back ribs mixture over vegetables and top with crumbled bacon.

Step 7Combine Mexican cheese blend and Monterey jack cheese in a medium mixing bowl; sprinkle evenly over ribs and tortilla chips.

Step 8Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and lightly browned,10 to 15 minutes. Drizzle with remaining blue cheese dressing and top with cilantro.
