I had a idea for delicious nachos,babyback ribs?I create this recipe,you can use leftover or takeout barbecue babyback ribs.Is like a barbecue on the nachos.

Ingredients For baby back rib nachos?

  • 1 c
    chunky blue cheese dressing,divided
  • 3/4 c
    sweet and spicy barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c
    pickled jalapeno juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine,melted
  • 3 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 15
    leftover barbecue babyback ribs,bones removed and sliced
  • 1
    (13 ounce) package white corn tortilla chips
  • 1/2 c
    diced red onion
  • 3/4 c
    pickled jalapeno slices
  • 4 oz
    precooked bacon,crumbled
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded mexican cheese blend
  • 1 c
    shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh cilantro

How To Make baby back rib nachos?

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.Line a large,rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray.

    Mix about 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing,barbecue sauce,jalapeno juice,margarine and crushed red pepper flakes in a large mixing bowl until well blended.

    Add sliced boneless babyback ribs;toss to coat.

    Spread tortilla chips evenly over prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle diced red onion and jalapeno slices over chips

    Spread babyback ribs mixture over vegetables and top with crumbled bacon.

    Combine mexican cheese blend and monterey jack cheese in a medium mixing bowl;sprinkle evenly over ribs and tortilla chips.

    Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and lightly browned,10 to 15 minutes.Drizzle with remaining blue cheese dressing and top with cilantro.
