So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

  • 12 small
    round dinner rolls
  • 6 oz
    tomato sauce, your favorite
  • 12 small
    mini meatballs, homemade, if possible
  • 12 slice
    provolone cheese

How to Make Awesome Two -Bite Mini Meatball Subs


  2. Gather your ingredients.

    Delicious Beef & Pork Meatballs
  5. Chef's Tip: Warm the tomato sauce and meatballs in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  6. Cut a round whole in the center of the dinner rolls, slightly bigger than the meatball, but don’t cut all the way through.
  7. Place a bit of provolone in the bottom.
  8. Fill about halfway up with tomato sauce. Place a meatball in the hole, and allow the sauce to overflow onto the bun. Yummy.
  9. Top with a piece of provolone cheese.
  10. Place under the broiler, until the cheese is nice and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
  12. Put them on a plate with some napkins, and stand back. Enjoy
  13. Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
