Ingredients

  • 1/2 - baguette loaf french bread
  • 3/4 cup prepared chimichurri sauce
  • 6 ounces grilled flank steak
  • 2 cloves garlic

How To Make argentine bruschetta

  • Step 1
    Slice baguette into 12 one-inch diagonal slices.
  • Step 2
    Toast bread and gently rub with garlic cloves that have been cut in half.
  • Step 3
    Top bread with a half ounce of warmed grilled Argentine-style flank steak and top with about one tablespoon chimichurri sauce.
