Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup uncooked (quick or old fashion) quaker oats
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 - egg beaten
How To Make appetizer meatballs

Step 1Combine above ingredients. Form into bite sized meatballs. Brown in oil - drain. (or brown in 350* oven/ line pan with foil and spray.)

Step 2Sauce 1- 15oz can tomato sauce 1 Tablespoon soy sauce 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard 1 Tablespoon horseradish Combine sauce ingredients - Pour over browned meatballs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. (I always double the sauce recipe)
