  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    uncooked (quick or old fashion) quaker oats
  • 1/3 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1
    egg beaten

How to Make Appetizer Meatballs


  1. Combine above ingredients. Form into bite sized meatballs. Brown in oil - drain. (or brown in 350* oven/ line pan with foil and spray.)
  2. Sauce
    1- 15oz can tomato sauce
    1 Tablespoon soy sauce
    1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
    1 Tablespoon horseradish
    Combine sauce ingredients - Pour over browned meatballs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    (I always double the sauce recipe)
