Ingredients
- 2 cups canned diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 - garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch fresh basil
How To Make tomato dip

Step 1Season the tomatoes with the vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Step 2Press in garlic and stir in olive oil.

Step 3Set aside a few basil leaves for garnish; finely chop remainder and mix in.

Step 4Divide sauce among 4 small bowls and garnish with basil leaves.
