I have taken this to potlucks, parties, banquets, and such for years. It's always a big hit, especially with kids. The fruits I have listed here are just a suggestion. Almost any fruit will work as long as it is cut in bite size chunks. Just remember to soak any thing like apples and pears in the pineapple juice to prevent browning of fruit. Bananas work too,as long as they are cut just before serving and put in pineapple juice first.
