- 1/2 cup any fruit preserves (less if runny), bring close to room temperature for better mixing & spreadability

Step 1Mix softened cream cheese or light cream cheese (Neufchatel) and preserves, in a medium bowl, with a fork to start. Then, with an electric mixer, beat until well mixed and consistency is fluffy. Store in refrigerator.
