From a favorite student of mine! This is one of those recipes that is better the day before! It really gives time for the flavors to blend! Enjoy!

crushed pretzels
1 stick
1/2 c

canned crushed pineapple (well drained)
8 oz
cream cheese
12 oz
cool whip
1/2 c

How to Make Pineapple-Pretzel Fluff


  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2Melt butter in small baking dish. Once melted, stir in sugar and crushed pretzels. Stir until well combined, then pat into a crust.
  • 3Bake 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely before breaking into bite sized pieces.
  • 4Mix pineapple, cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar to create the fluff.
  • 5Fold into the fluff about half hour before serving.
