From a favorite student of mine! This is one of those recipes that is better the day before! It really gives time for the flavors to blend! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • FLUFF
  • 20 ounces canned crushed pineapple (well drained)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 12 ounces cool whip
  • 1/2 cup sugar

How To Make pineapple-pretzel fluff

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter in small baking dish. Once melted, stir in sugar and crushed pretzels. Stir until well combined, then pat into a crust.
  • Step 3
    Bake 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely before breaking into bite sized pieces.
  • Step 4
    Mix pineapple, cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar to create the fluff.
  • Step 5
    Fold into the fluff about half hour before serving.
