From a favorite student of mine! This is one of those recipes that is better the day before! It really gives time for the flavors to blend! Enjoy!

  • 1 c
    crushed pretzels
  • 1 stick
  • 1/2 c

  • 20 oz
    canned crushed pineapple (well drained)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 12 oz
    cool whip
  • 1/2 c

How to Make Pineapple-Pretzel Fluff


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in small baking dish. Once melted, stir in sugar and crushed pretzels. Stir until well combined, then pat into a crust.
  3. Bake 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely before breaking into bite sized pieces.
  4. Mix pineapple, cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar to create the fluff.
  5. Fold into the fluff about half hour before serving.
