Ingredients

  • 2 - (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups chopped pecans divided
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • - pineapple, cherries or parsley for garnish

How To Make pineapple cheese ball

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.
  • Step 3
    Shape mixture into ball.
  • Step 4
    Roll in remaining nuts.
  • Step 5
    Wrap in plastic or foil.
  • Step 6
    Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
  • Step 7
    Garnish with fruit or parsley.
