Ingredients
- 2 - (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups chopped pecans divided
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- - pineapple, cherries or parsley for garnish
How To Make pineapple cheese ball

Step 1In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Step 2Stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.

Step 3Shape mixture into ball.

Step 4Roll in remaining nuts.

Step 5Wrap in plastic or foil.

Step 6Refrigerate at least 6 hours.

Step 7Garnish with fruit or parsley.
