I am allergic to shellfish and can no longer enjoy scallops wrapped in bacon so I make these instead. I have been making these for as long as I can remember and I honestly don't know where the recipe came from. I must say they are yummy!

Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 pound bacon, cut in half
How To Make pineapple bites

Step 1Take 1 water chestnut slice and top with pineapple chunk. Then wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon. Secure with toothpick. Continue to do the same until you have used all your ingredients. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and broil until bacon is crisp. Enjoy!
