Key lime pie is a favorite, especially the one from Sanibel Island (that I have listed), which uses Nellie & Joes. When I found this recipe on delish.com, I was very excited. I had to type it in myself because it wouldn't add with the cookbook builder...
methodNo-Cook or Other
cream cheese, softened
sweetened condensed milk
key lime juice (use nellie and joes)
zest of 1 key lime (i would omit)
salt (i would omit)
1 1/2 c
marshmallow fluff (i would use vegan for my daughter)
How To Make
With hand mixer, mix cream cheese and milk in med bowl until smooth. Add lime juice, zest, salt and fluff. Mix until fully incorporated. Cover and freeze at least 1 hour for dip to thicken slightly. Serve with graham crackers.
