    watermelon, 1"chunks
  • 1 can(s)
    litchi fruit, whole, pitted, drained
  • 1 c
    strawberries
  • 1/2 c
    plum sauce

How to Make Japanese Fruit Skewers with Plum Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Soak 8 6" wooden skewers in cold water 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat broiler or grill.
  3. Thread fruit on skewers. Coat with plum sauce.
  4. Cook 5 minutes, basting frequently with Plum sauce.
