Ingredients
- 2 - bananas, 1" chunks
- 1 cup watermelon, 1"chunks
- 1 can litchi fruit, whole, pitted, drained
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup plum sauce
How To Make japanese fruit skewers with plum sauce

Step 1Soak 8 6" wooden skewers in cold water 30 minutes.

Step 2Preheat broiler or grill.

Step 3Thread fruit on skewers. Coat with plum sauce.

Step 4Cook 5 minutes, basting frequently with Plum sauce.
