  • 2 - bananas, 1" chunks
  • 1 cup watermelon, 1"chunks
  • 1 can litchi fruit, whole, pitted, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plum sauce

How To Make japanese fruit skewers with plum sauce

  • Step 1
    Soak 8 6" wooden skewers in cold water 30 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Preheat broiler or grill.
  • Step 3
    Thread fruit on skewers. Coat with plum sauce.
  • Step 4
    Cook 5 minutes, basting frequently with Plum sauce.
