    red delicious apple chopped
  • 1 pt
    fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1
    kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 c
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon,divided
  • 4
    7 1/2 inch four tortillas
  • ·
    vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Crisps


  1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Stir together lemon juice, 1/4 cup sugar, nutmeg and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; toss with fruit. Chill.
  2. Cut each tortilla into eights. Arrange pieces on baking sheets. Lightly coat with cooking spray. Combine remaining 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar. Sprinkle over tortilla chips.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with salsa.
