Ingredients

24 large strawberries
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup powders sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 large gram cracker

How To Make easy strawberry cheese cake bites

Step 1

Cut strawberry stems off. Also cut out center of strawberry (I did with a .5 teaspoon measuring spoon). Cut bottom of strawberries so they can stand. Place on cookie sheet.

Step 2

Mix together all ingredients (but gram crackers) for two minutes. Put the mix in a frosting tube with wide top.
Step 3

Put mix inside of strawberries. Smash gram cracker. Sprinkle on top. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
