Cuban Bread with Tomatoes

6 slicecuban bread, diagonally cut, (1-inch thick)
1garlic clove, halved
2 tspextra virgin olive oil
18 sliceplum tomato, (1/8-inch thick)
1/4 cparmesan cheese, grated
6 dash(es)freshly ground black pepper
How to Make Cuban Bread with Tomatoes
- Preheat broiler.
- Arrange bread on a baking sheet; broil 1 minute on each side or until toasted.
- Rub cut sides of garlic clove over one side of each bread slice; drizzle bread evenly with olive oil.
- Top each bread slice with 3 slices tomato, 2 teaspoons cheese, a dash of salt, and a dash of freshly ground black pepper.
- Broil 1 minute or until bubbly.
