- 6 slices cuban bread, diagonally cut, (1-inch thick)
- 1 - garlic clove, halved
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 18 slices plum tomato, (1/8-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 dashes salt
- 6 dashes freshly ground black pepper
How To Make cuban bread with tomatoes

Step 1Preheat broiler.

Step 2Arrange bread on a baking sheet; broil 1 minute on each side or until toasted.

Step 3Rub cut sides of garlic clove over one side of each bread slice; drizzle bread evenly with olive oil.

Step 4Top each bread slice with 3 slices tomato, 2 teaspoons cheese, a dash of salt, and a dash of freshly ground black pepper.
