In a sm mixing bowl beat cream cheese with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually add the sour cream , beating until combined. Add the brown sugar an vanilla; beat just until combined, stir in enough milk to reach dipping consistency, cover an chill at least an hour before serving. serve with the fruit of your choice
