Caramel Apple Cheese Ball

8 ozcream cheese (room temperature)

2 tspbrown sugar, light

1 Tbspcaramel flavoring

1 cchopped pecans
How to Make Caramel Apple Cheese Ball
- Cream cheese, sugar and flavoring with mixer until smooth.
- Form into a ball, and refrigerate for 3 minutes to regain harder consistency.
- Once hardened, roll ball into chopped pecan.
- Return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Serve cheese ball with apple and/or pear slices or with small bite-sized shortbread cookies.
