  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar, light
  • 1 tablespoon caramel flavoring
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

How To Make caramel apple cheese ball

  • Step 1
    Cream cheese, sugar and flavoring with mixer until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Form into a ball, and refrigerate for 3 minutes to regain harder consistency.
  • Step 3
    Once hardened, roll ball into chopped pecan.
  • Step 4
    Return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Step 5
    Serve cheese ball with apple and/or pear slices or with small bite-sized shortbread cookies.
