How to Make Caramel Apple Cheese Ball
- 1Cream cheese, sugar and flavoring with mixer until smooth.
- 2Form into a ball, and refrigerate for 3 minutes to regain harder consistency.
- 3Once hardened, roll ball into chopped pecan.
- 4Return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
- 5Serve cheese ball with apple and/or pear slices or with small bite-sized shortbread cookies.
