I adapted and simplified this recipe from one I found in Taste of Home. It's always a hit at breakfast potlucks or on appetizer buffets.

  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c
    cold butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese or neufchatel
  • 1/3 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1

  • 1 pkg
    strawberry glaze
  • 2
  • 1 1/2 c
    strawberries, sliced

How to Make Berry Banana Pizza


  1. For crust:
    Combine flour, powdered sugar and butter in small mixing bowl with pastry blender, or in food processor, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add pecans and toss to mix thoroughly. Press into bottom of ungreased 16' pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until crust is set and edges are golden brown.
  2. For Filling:
    Beat cream cheese or neufchatel with sugar and egg until smooth. Spread over crust. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes longer. Cool to room temperature.
  3. For topping:
    Slice and arrange banana covering entire pizza. Spread glaze over sliced bananas. Top glaze with sliced strawberries. If using blueberries, arrange them among the strawberries.
