- 4 - pita rounds
- 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- - caramel sauce, for topping
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 - banana, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- - chocolate syrup, for topping
- - whipped cream, for topping
- - maraschino cherries with stems, for topping
- - walnuts, chopped, for topping
How To Make banana 'blitz' crispers

Step 1Preheat oven to 400.

Step 2Cut each pita into eight wedges. In a bowl mix together sugar and cinnamon.

Step 3Brush both sides of pita wedges with melted butter and sprinkle both sides of pita wedges with sugar mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes or until wedges are crispy.

Step 4Arrange cooled pita wedges on a serving plate. Top with caramel sauce, strawberries, banana slices, pineapple, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, cherries and nuts.
