Ingredients

  • 3 ripe haas avocados
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • salt to taste

How To Make avocado wedges

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees. line a baking sheet with parcment paper.
  • Step 2
    Place eggs, flour and panko in 3 separate shallow dishes. Add salt to panko
  • Step 3
    Cut the avocados in half then into wedges. Remove the outer skin dip the wedges in flour then egg then roll in panko
  • Step 4
    Place on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. Serve with favorite dip
