Ingredients
- 3 ripe haas avocados
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- salt to taste
How To Make avocado wedges

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. line a baking sheet with parcment paper.

Step 2Place eggs, flour and panko in 3 separate shallow dishes. Add salt to panko

Step 3Cut the avocados in half then into wedges. Remove the outer skin dip the wedges in flour then egg then roll in panko

Step 4Place on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. Serve with favorite dip
