How to Make Yummy Tomato Tart
- Fit the pie pasty into a 9 inch tart pan and trim and flute the edge. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes. (Prick the crust all over with a fork prior to baking)
- Sprinkle the cheese in the baked crust. Layer the tomatoes over the cheese. (Note: I do not peel the tomatoes). Sprinkle with basil. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
