  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/3 c
    feta cheese
  • 1 c
    captain crunch peanut butter cereal
  • 2 Tbsp
    hot sauce (i used frank's red hot)
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 4-5
    green onion stalks, chopped fine
  • 1
    roll of ritz crackers

How to Make Yummy Mini Thai Bites


  1. Place cereal into plastic bag and crush with can.
  2. Mix cheeses, hot sauce, soy sauce and green onions in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Let sit at room temp for 5 minutes for the flavors to meld.
  4. Dip crackers into cheese, then dip that into crushed cereal to coat.
  5. Serve! Yum!
