One of the best benefits of working as a cheesemonger is that I get to play with recipes and ideas. One of those ideas resulted in this recipe using crumbled blue cheese. This is a recipe that I created and when I demo it the crumbled blue flies out of the store. I hope you and your family will enjoy it.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Wow this one will surprise your palate as well as your guests! You can change the flavor of this one on a whim - just change your jam flavor. Perfect - and tasty - party appetizer. The Test Kitchen
