4 ozFeta cheese, room temperature and cubed

1 lgclove garlic, pressed

1/2 TbspGreek seasoning

1 tsplemon zest

1/8 tspred pepper flakes

1 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice

3 Tbspextra-virgin olive oil
- TOPPINGS

1 1/2 Tbsphoney or agave nectar, or to taste

2 Tbsproasted red peppers, finely diced

2 Tbsppistachios, roughly chopped
How To Make whipped feta cream cheese dip

1In the bowl of a stand mixer, add cheeses, garlic, Greek seasoning, lemon zest and juice, and red pepper flakes. Process until somewhat mixed.

2While the appliance is running, slowly pour in the oil until the mixture is smooth. Clean the sides and the bottom of the bowl as needed.

3Transfer the dip into a serving bowl. Spread it out evenly while creating little swirls on top.

4Drizzle on honey or agave nectar and sprinkle one some roasted red peppers and pistachios. Serve with crostini, pita chips, crackers or veggies.
