Ingredients For tuscan tomato-cheese bruschetta

  • 1 c
    oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    minced green onions
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c
    pine nuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
  • 3 oz
    asiago or parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 oz
    provolone cheese, shredded
  • 8 slice
    italian bread (1/2 - 3/4-inch thick)
  • 1/4 c
    extra virgin olive oil

How To Make tuscan tomato-cheese bruschetta

    In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except for the bread.

    Toast the bread and drizzle with olive oil.

    Top with the tomato mixture.
