This is my daughter-in-law's recipe with a few added ingredients. The kids can't get enough.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 12 ounces mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1/2 package shredded lettuce
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1/2 can black olives
  • 1 small can of chilies if desired

How To Make tosha's taco dip

  • Step 1
    Bring cream cheese to room temperature
  • Step 2
    Blend mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning until well blended and uniform. Add chilies to taste. I like to leave them in a seperate dish for those who like a spicier dip.
  • Step 3
    Place this mix in a casserole dish. It should be smaller than 9x13. Layer tomato then lettuce and top with cheese. Avocado and olives are optional. Serve cold.
