/ Cheese Appetizers
mexican blend shredded cheese
can of chilies if desired
1Bring cream cheese to room temperature
2Blend mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning until well blended and uniform. Add chilies to taste. I like to leave them in a seperate dish for those who like a spicier dip.
3Place this mix in a casserole dish. It should be smaller than 9x13. Layer tomato then lettuce and top with cheese. Avocado and olives are optional. Serve cold.
