tortilla roll-ups
(1 RATING)
I make these every year for either New Years Eve or Super Bowl - and they are a crowd favorite. I never come home with leftovers!

Ingredients
- 1 package tortillas, flour
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1 can chopped olives, drained
- 1 can chopped jalepenos, drained
- 1 - envelope taco seasoning
How To Make tortilla roll-ups
-
Step 1Soften cream cheese and stir in the taco seasoning, then add jalepenos and olives. Mix well.
-
Step 2Spread the cream cheese mixture onto one flour tortilla at a time, and this is where you can "choose your appetizer shape". One tortilla can be rolled up and sliced, or, sandwich the mixture between 2 tortillas, chill a little and then cut into wedges with a pizza cutter. I've done it both ways, and they are equally quick and easy. I chill them before cutting when using the sandwich technique because the cream cheese tend to squish out if you don't. Enjoy!
