This is a great recipe..it's easy and fun and a crowd pleaser at any party. What's nice too, is you can make it ahead of time and let it sit in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve. I make mine light by using lite cream cheese and lite sour cream but you can certainly use regular if you'd like. I hope you give this recipe a try!

Ingredients
- 1 cup lite sour cream
- 8 ounces pkg. lite cream cheese, soften
- 4 ounces diced green chilis (or jalepenos if you want more heat)
- 4 ounces chopped black olives, drained
- 1 cup grated cheese, any kind
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 5 - 10" flour tortillas
How To Make tortilla pinwheels

Step 1Mix all filling ingredients together. Divide and spread on tortillas. Roll up tight, leaving ends open and seal with plastic wrap. Chill several hours. Cut into slices about 1/2 to 3/4" thick. Serve with your favorite salsa
