This is a great recipe..it's easy and fun and a crowd pleaser at any party. What's nice too, is you can make it ahead of time and let it sit in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve. I make mine light by using lite cream cheese and lite sour cream but you can certainly use regular if you'd like. I hope you give this recipe a try!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lite sour cream
  • 8 ounces pkg. lite cream cheese, soften
  • 4 ounces diced green chilis (or jalepenos if you want more heat)
  • 4 ounces chopped black olives, drained
  • 1 cup grated cheese, any kind
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 5 - 10" flour tortillas

How To Make tortilla pinwheels

  • Step 1
    Mix all filling ingredients together. Divide and spread on tortillas. Roll up tight, leaving ends open and seal with plastic wrap. Chill several hours. Cut into slices about 1/2 to 3/4" thick. Serve with your favorite salsa
