This is a great's easy and fun and a crowd pleaser at any party. What's nice too, is you can make it ahead of time and let it sit in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve. I make mine light by using lite cream cheese and lite sour cream but you can certainly use regular if you'd like. I hope you give this recipe a try!

lite sour cream
8 oz
pkg. lite cream cheese, soften
4 oz
diced green chilis (or jalepenos if you want more heat)
4 oz
chopped black olives, drained
1 c
grated cheese, any kind
1/2 c
thinly sliced green onion
10" flour tortillas

How to Make Tortilla Pinwheels


  • 1Mix all filling ingredients together. Divide and spread on tortillas. Roll up tight, leaving ends open and seal with plastic wrap. Chill several hours. Cut into slices about 1/2 to 3/4" thick. Serve with your favorite salsa
