Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cocktail tomatoes
  • 8 ounces pearl mozzarella balls
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar glaze
  • 2 teaspoons flaky salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

How To Make tomato basil mozzarella ball salad

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Press mozzarella balls into your silicone molds; be sure to press into the mold.
  • Step 2
    Bake for 8 minutes. Cool for 5. Pat off the extra liquid with a paper towel.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Remove from silicone molds and add to bowl.
  • Tomato basil mozza salad
    Step 4
    Cut cherry tomatoes in half and cocktail tomatoes in quarters, and add to the bowl. Chop basil, add to bowl.
  • Step 5
    Add oil, balsamic vinegar, glaze, salt, and pepper tothe bowl. Mix and serve. Eat by itself, also pairs well with pasta or on toasted bread.
