This recipe was given to my mom from my Greek cousin, many years ago.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound feta cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese ,grated
- 2 - eggs
- 1 box filo dough (16 oz.)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- - oil
How To Make tiropitta (cheese triangles)

Step 1Mix the cheeses & eggs well with a mixer.

Step 2Cut one sheet of filo the long way into 2 inch strips. (Keep the rest covered with a damp cloth or towel)

Step 3Mix butter with some oil & brush onto a filo strip.

Step 4Place a teaspoon of the cheese mixture in a corner & fold it over in a triangle, repeating until you reach the end of the strip, like folding a flag. Brush some butter-oil on the top.

Step 5Repeat with each strip until all the cheese is used.

Step 6Place on a cookie sheet.

Step 7Bake in a 350 oven for 15-20 minutes until brown & crispy.

Step 8Makes 60-70 triangles. This is a bit time consuming.
