1In a large glass mixing bowl, melt the Velveeta in the microwave on high power for about 90 seconds. Stir. If not soft and easy to stir, heat for 30 seconds more. Stir in the mayonnaise and half of the
horseradish. Taste, and add more horseradish if you want more "bite". Stir again. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve with your favorite crackers or pita chips.
