    - 16 fresh medium mushrooms - stems removed and inside edges trimmed to make room for filling, if small opening
  • 1 can(s)
    deviled ham
  • 3 Tbsp
    each, minced, onion, green pepper and celery
  • 1/2 c
    crushed cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp
    each, salt & worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 oz
    shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make ~ Them's Some Mighty Fine Mushrooms ~


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

    In a medium bowl, mix ham, onion, pepper, celery, salt worcestshire sauce, crumbs and cream, If stillstill too loose, crush another saltine and add.
  2. Rub oil on each mushrooms exterior. Stuff each until you run out of filling.

    Place in a baking dish stuffing side up. Brush each top with butter.
  3. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese, place back in oven until melted and mushrooms are tender. They should be bubbling.
  4. Serve hot. I hope you enjoy these delicious mushrooms.
