- 16 fresh medium mushrooms - stems removed and inside edges trimmed to make room for filling, if small opening
1 can(s)
deviled ham
3 Tbsp
each, minced, onion, green pepper and celery
1/2 c
crushed cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp
each, salt & worcestershire sauce
1/4 c
heavy cream
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
2 oz
shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make ~ Them's Some Mighty Fine Mushrooms ~


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

    In a medium bowl, mix ham, onion, pepper, celery, salt worcestshire sauce, crumbs and cream, If stillstill too loose, crush another saltine and add.
  • 2Rub oil on each mushrooms exterior. Stuff each until you run out of filling.

    Place in a baking dish stuffing side up. Brush each top with butter.
  • 3Bake for 18 - 20 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese, place back in oven until melted and mushrooms are tender. They should be bubbling.
  • 4Serve hot. I hope you enjoy these delicious mushrooms.
