Ingredients
- 12 - - 16 fresh medium mushrooms - stems removed and inside edges trimmed to make room for filling, if small opening
- 1 can deviled ham
- 3 tablespoons each, minced, onion, green pepper and celery
- 1/2 cup crushed cracker crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon each, salt & worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make ~ them's some mighty fine mushrooms ~

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a medium bowl, mix ham, onion, pepper, celery, salt worcestshire sauce, crumbs and cream, If stillstill too loose, crush another saltine and add.

Step 2Rub oil on each mushrooms exterior. Stuff each until you run out of filling. Place in a baking dish stuffing side up. Brush each top with butter.

Step 3Bake for 18 - 20 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese, place back in oven until melted and mushrooms are tender. They should be bubbling.

Step 4Serve hot. I hope you enjoy these delicious mushrooms.
