Ingredients
- 1 box texas toast
- 2 large portabella mushrooms
- 1/4 cup red wine or balsamic vinegar
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
- 1-2 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1 package brie cheese
How To Make texas toast w/ portabella mushrooms & brie cheese

Step 1Wipe Mushrooms off with wet paper towel. Mix olive oil,vinegar,garlic, salt and pepper together.

Step 2Put ingredients in plastic bag and add mushrooms with the caps down for about 5 minutes.

Step 3Remove mushrooms and cut into slices, saute in olive oil and crushed garlic about 10 min. Dont cover.

Step 4Place mushrooms onto Texas Toast about 3-4 slices each piece, place sliced Brie cheese on top of mushrooms and bake for 8-10 min until cheese is melted.
