Favorite of my son and his friends. All through high school, whenever the guys got together at our home, this was the number one request! Now that my son is in college, I get a call many Saturdays and Sundays telling me the crockpot is on with this family favorite!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    ro-tel original diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 lb
    browned hamburger meat crumbled and drained
  • 1 pinch
    seasoned salt
  • 1 pinch
    garlic powder
  • 1 box
    velveeta cheese large

How to Make Tasty Touchdown Crockpot Creation

Step-by-Step

  1. Turn crockpot to low.
  2. Brown hamburger meat. While cooking add a pinch of seasoned salt and garlic powder to taste. Once meat is browned, drain and place in crockpot.
  3. Add one can of Ro-Tel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles. Stir.
  4. Add 1 large box of Velveeta Cheese cut into inch cubes.
  5. Once cheese begins to melt, stir frequently.
  6. Once cheese is melted, turn crockpot to warm, stirring occasionally to prevent the mixture from burning.
  7. Drag out the tortilla chips or scoops and DIG IN!!! Enjoy
