Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, grated
- 4 1/2 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 jar 3 1/2 oz. jar roasted red bell peppers, drained & chopped
- 10 black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- crackers or pita chips
How To Make tapenade dip

Step 1Combine the mozzarella through pepper together in a bowl. Combine mixture with the mayo.

Step 2Spray a small casserole dish with cooking spray and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until hot.

Step 3Serve warm with crackers, pita chips or your choice.
