I came across a similar recipe years ago and it was good. I tweaked it a bit and now it's great. This is always a crowd-pleaser and I always get rave reviews. I serve it with crackers or chips.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

We really enjoyed all the eclectic flavors in this delicious dill pickle dip recipe. It's tangy and creamy with hints of taco flavor. You get yummy bits of cheese in every bite. Whether it's kept as a dip or tuned into a cheese ball, this will be a hit at your next party. It's a cinch to make when you need a last minute appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese, 8 oz.
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped (up to 3/4 cup)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 stalks green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix (trust me here!)
  • - parsley, dillweed or dill to garnish
  • - milk (optional)

How To Make tangy cheesy dill pickle dip

  • Cream cheese beat until creamy. Pickles grated.
    Step 1
Mix cream cheese until smooth and creamy. For chopped pickle, I shred them on a cheese grater (much easier and quicker!).
  • All ingredients added to the bowl of cream cheese.
    Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Add milk to thin out if it's too thick or you can form into a cheese ball and cover with parsley or dillweed.
  • Tangy Cheesy Dill Pickle Dip on a chip.
    Step 3
    Serve with crackers or chips!
