taco rollups

These are very yummy! I got this recipe from a coworker. She would bring these for our potlucks, make plenty as they will go fast. Even my picky daughter gives this a blue ribbon:)

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can sliced/drained black olives
  • 1-2 - chopped green onions (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup mexican blend shredded cheese (you may add more if you like)
  • 1/4 cup diced/rinsed jajapeno peppers (to taste)
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon dry taco mix (to taste)
  • 4-6 - flour tortillas, 12 in (8-10 if you use 6 in ones)

How To Make taco rollups

  • Step 1
    Mix all together. Spread on flour tottillas in a thin layer. Roll lenghtwise and slice. Enjoy
  • Step 2
    Note: I used the 6 in tortilla (because that is all I had) so these are bite size. If you want the larger size ones, you will want to use the 12 in tortillas.
