2Mix cracker crumbs and butter in small bowl. Press into 8 or 9 inch square pan.
Cook bacon til crisp. Drain and crumble. Reserve 2 Tbsp. drippings. Sauté onion in drippings til transparent.
3Mix bacon, onion, Swiss cheese, sour cream, eggs and pepper in medium bowl. Pour over crust.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve hot or cold. Serves 10 to 12
